Interfaith St. Charles

The Interfaith Partnership of St. Charles County seeks to promote peace and understanding among people of all faiths. Working together with a wide variety of faith groups, the Interfaith Partnership has sponsored music and cultural celebrations, dialogue meetings and educational forums. In addition, members of the interfaith community learn together by touring various houses of worship, seeking understanding without bias or prejudice. The Interfaith Partnership has also sponsored a number of service projects, so that people of all faiths can work side by side, shoulder to shoulder, in bettering our community.

St. Charles, MO, has an active interfaith community affiliated with the Interfaith Partnership of Greater St Louis.  Led by the thorough and considerate leadership of Ann Miller, who also sits on the IP/FBW executive board as an at-large member, this group is an intimate setting where members come together for relationships and to share ideas.

Interfaith Partnership of St Charles County has 2 regular gatherings.  Currently, we meet at the St Louis Bread Co in the Dierbergs plaza on Zumbehl.  Meetings begin at 7pm.  Those who wish meet 6:30-ish for light supper and social time.  Both meetings are open to all who are interested.

The monthly dialogue group meets on the first Tuesday of each month and is led by Jane Beasley.  The topic for August and September is “Getting through challenges with your faith”.  In August, we shared how our faith has helped us handle the challenges of life.  In September, we will discuss how we handle challenges we encounter in our faith.  We welcome all to join us.

The planning meetings are on the third Tuesday in February, May, August, and November.  We discuss and plan future events and activities.

Interfaith St. Charles is a member of the St. Charles Community Council.
