Director of Communications and Administration
Leslie Heberlie joined Interfaith Partnership as Webmaster in January 2012, and very soon took on more responsibility as she found herself at home with Interfaith Partnership. Leslie takes care of our website and newsletter, supports events both big and small, and works closely with our board, Cabinet, members, and volunteers.
After earning a degree in International & Area Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, Leslie served for four years with the United Church of Christ, first in a local congregation and then with the Missouri Mid-South Conference as Director of Communications. She and her husband Lucas live in University City.

Rev. Dr. David Mehl
Director of Planning and Development
Interfaith Partnership is pleased to welcome the Rev. Dr. David Mehl as our new Director of Planning and Development. His areas of responsibility include strategic thinking, fundraising and organizational and program development.
David brings 35 years of experience as an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. He has served congregations in the St. Louis area as well as in New England. He brings expertise in leadership creation and development, in teaching and speaking, in program and fund-raising initiatives, support and follow-through. He has been enthusiastically involved in numerous interfaith activities in St. Louis for over 20 years.
David holds a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota, a master’s of divinity degree from Andover Newton Theological School in Boston, Massachusetts, and a doctor of ministry degree from Eden Seminary in Webster Groves. He is married, has four children and lives in Kirkwood.
