Beth's professional career has been focused on youth and community building at various levels primarily within the faith based sector.
Having lived most of her life in St. Louis, she understands the importance of interfaith volunteers working to improve not only the underserved communities where Interfaith Partnership/Faith Beyond Walls projects take place, but in the broader community as well. Her background and skills leading youth, and assisting communities obtain their community improvement goals were a natural fit as Director of Service Learning and Projects.
After five years with the organization, Beth was excited to take the helm as Executive Director in August 2008. Her depth and knowledge about its mission and strong relationships with community partners made the transition seamless. Streamlining operations of the two recently merged organizations and building a more cohesive alignment throughout all program areas are the primary focus of her direction in this new position.
She has a B.A. in Human Services from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and Served in the United States Peace Corps in Costa Rica.
Director of Service Learning and Projects-

Mandy is our Director of Service Learning and Projects. She attends Southminster Presbyterian Church in Crestwood where she is the lead elder in charge of missions. She is also a graduate of Webster University. Her most recent travel experience's have been with various volunteer agencies such as Habitat for Humanity and Appalachia Service Project. In her free time Mandy enjoys exploring the world around her through travel and volunteering and playing with her puppy Sweet Pea. Her favorite IP/FBW memory was the annual interfaith dinner celebration in 2009. Seeing so many diverse people in one room was very energizing!
Health Care Advocate-

Stacey is our Health Care Advocate. Stacey graduate from Drury University in Springfield, MO with a B.A. in Public Relations. While on campus she co-founded and organized an environmental group involving students, faculty, staff and community members. It was during this work when she realized she had a passion for advocacy and organizing. She has traveled to Washington, D.C. and Cleveland, OH with two different Nationwide Health Care Groups. In her free time, she is teaching herself how to cook and learning how to knit. Her favorite IP/FBW moment was the 2008 annual interfaith dinner celebration and getting chills when Beth gave her speech, and the staff group hug at the end of the evening.
Development Director-

Felicia is our Development Director. Felicia recieved her B.A. in Political Science with Honors from Xavier University as well as her Jurist Doctorate with Honors from Tulane University. Felicia began her official duties with IP/FBW in June 2008 but has worked for 5 years with the organization as a community partner as the development coordinator for the City of Kinloch. She has also been awarded many grants, including the National Park Service UPARR grant to fund the building of a new community park. Felicia has a passion for the mission of the organization and enjoys providing support for its implementation. Felicia looks forward to expanding awareness of the important work IP/FBW provides on behalf of the St. Louis Region to a broader audience and increasing its network support.
Accountant-

Isabella is our Accountant. Isabella has a B.S. from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. She has a Masters of Accounting, concentrated in Taxation from St. Louis University and is pursuing her CPA. She has worked with many non-profits including Catholic Charities and Belas Arts. In 2008 she received the Ernst and Young Accounting Scholarship. Isabella is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
